Culu Children’s Traditional African Dance Company

Founded in 1988, Culu Children’s Traditional African Dance Company is dedicated to the Study, Documentation, Preserving, Presenting, and Promotion of the Traditions of Africa that are indigenous to New Orleans. Breathing Life into Aged Old Values, Culu is Life Force in Motion and is representative of Traditional African Costumes and Dress. Culu consists of children ages 4 – 16.
