BASICS

Gate times: Friday 4:30 PM , Saturday and Sunday 11:30 AM

Tickets: BUY YOUR TICKETS HERE – all attendees over the age of 12 will need a ticket to enter the festival.  You will receive a printable ticket on your email with a QR code – THIS IS YOUR TICKET. Please make sure you have it accessible either on paper or on your phone when you arrive at the festival.

* CHILDREN UNDER 12 DO NOT NEED A TICKET BUT MUST BE ACCOMPANIED *

Re-Entry Policy: ONLY WEEKEND AND CANOPY CLUB TICKET HOLDERS WILL BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY

Land Access: Land entry points will be located on lakeside of Orleans Ave. as well as the corner of Lafitte & W. Moss and Dumaine & W. Moss by the Dumaine Stage

Water Access: All attendees arriving by water should enter under the Orleans Bridge where Bayou Boogaloo Staff will scan your ticket and go through security NO EXCEPTIONS.

Attendees planning to bring homemade barges can drop off on E. Moss St. – enter from Orleans Ave. (Broad St. side), take a left onto E. Moss St. (towards Lafitte) and drop off on E. Moss St. where your ticket will be scanned and go through security NO EXCEPTIONS.

Purchasing Tickets: Box Office will be located at the 519 Hagan Ave. There will also be signs with QR codes around the festival grounds so you can purchase tickets online before arriving at the gates.

– Single, Collapsible Chairs (please be mindful of no chair zones)

– Small Blankets

– Empty Soft Coolers

– Sealed & Empty refiallble water bottles

–  Wheelchairs, Medical Scooters, & Children Push Strollers

-Sunscreen

– Backpacks (Subject to Search)

PROHIBITED ITEMS

-Weapons of any kind

-Dogs not allowed

-Illegal drugs of any kind

-Outside Food or Drinks

-Glass Items

-Unsealed Liquids or Gels

-Drones

-Wagons, pull carts, rolling bags, etc

-Large coolers, ice chests or sacks

-Tents, large canvases, beach umbrellas or tarps

-Bikes on fest grounds

-Personal transport devices (skateboards, segways, etc…)

-Large signs or megaphones

street access info

– E. Moss St. will have restricted access for residents, bicycles, and pedestrians only.  LOITERING ON MOSS ST. WILL BE PROHIBITED AND STRICTLY ENFORCED

– W. Moss St. from Lafitte to Toulouse (front of the post office) will be open. 

– There is a street closure at Toulouse to Orleans (vendors, staff and emergency vehicles only)

– Orleans Ave. will remain open and reduced to one lane in both directions, for traffic calming. 

– ONLY RESIDENTS WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARK IN THE FOLLOWING STREETS:  Wilson Dr., Elaine Pl. and East and West Moss St. (from Lafitte to Dumaine)

Info / emergency

We make every effort to create a safe environment at Bayou Boogaloo. To ensure this we have security and medical staff on site.

If you are experiencing any problems whatsoever, locate a festival staff member, security guard, or police officer.

KEEP IN MIND THE FESTIVAL IS RAIN OR SHINE. 

However if there is a weather emergency all guests may need to vacate the festival site. Emergency exits located throughout the festival are signaled.
