A huge thank you to everyone who supported
the 3rd annual Mid-City Bayou Boogaloo.
Mid-City is making things happen. We’re on the
news, in the headlines, and once again, back
on the bayou. This is truly a great place to live.

I want to thank all of you for your hard work.
I’m proud to be amongst the hardest working
individuals in New Orleans!

Briefly, the festival was founded as a philanthropic
effort of the MotherShip Foundation, Mid-City
Neighborhood Organization and the Mid-City Art
Market. The Foundation was set up following the
events of Hurricane Katrina. Its purpose is to
produce FREE community events that educate
& stimulate citizens of our society through arts
and culture. Additionally, the foundation targets
communities plaqued by crime, racism, and failed
education systems.

Thank you for helping to make our community
better by supporting the Mid-City Bayou Boogaloo!
