The Mid-City Rulers

The Mid City Rulers featuring Anders Osborne , “Jumpin’†Johnny Sansone, and Very Special Guests will be closing the festival at 8:15 PM on the Orleans Stage.
One of the best thing about living in Mid-City are all of the world class musicians we have for neighbors. Two of them are Johnny Sansone and Anders Osbourne. Both Anders and Johnny are foreigners. Anders is originally from Sweden and Johnny from New Jersey, but both are pure New Orleanian now.
In addition to their own solo careers Johnny and Anders are part of the Voice of the Wetlands All-Stars. The VOW All-Stars is a group of great musicians from southern Louisiana touring the country trying to raise awareness about and help save our wetlands.
Please come out and have fun with the Mid-City Rulers.
I also heard that Ingrid Lucia will stop by for a few songs.

The Rulers were great at the Bayue Boogaloo in 2007.Hope they keep on performing at venues in the future.
