Pat Casey and the New Sound

Jazzman Pat Casey abides by the slogan, “Have bass, will travel.” Luckily for us, this bassist extraordinaire has laid his hat in New Orleans – at least for now. Musically, Casey traverses the landscapes of trad, bebop, avant-garde and  neo-bop jazz. Though it may be difficult to guess what Casey has in store for the Bayou Boogaloo, its destined to be one of the the festival's most engaging showcases.
